1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. atom88 reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet these requirements or whose eligibility cannot be verified.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for other online services.
• Never share your Account credentials with any third party.
• Immediately notify atom88 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized or unauthorized.

atom88 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any such request should be immediately reported to our security team.

3.3 KYC Verification

To comply with international gaming regulations and anti-money laundering laws, atom88 requires all Players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You will be required to provide:

• A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or Passport.
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government document).
• A selfie photograph holding your ID card next to your face for identity confirmation.

Verification is typically completed within 1-24 hours. Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is successfully completed. All personal documents are encrypted, stored securely, and used exclusively for verification purposes per our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

atom88 supports deposits via all major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and Player verification status. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly. No deposit fees are charged by atom88, although your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5-15 minutes during business hours (08:00-23:00 WIB).

atom88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals or if suspicious activity is detected. Withdrawals may be delayed or refused if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

atom88 operates in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to monitor all transactions and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities. Deposits and withdrawals must be for legitimate gaming purposes only. Using our Platform to launder money or for any illegal purpose will result in immediate account closure and reporting to law enforcement.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Acceptance

5.3 Bonus Abuse

atom88 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, colluding with other Players to manipulate bonus outcomes, and exploiting technical glitches or errors to gain unfair advantage. Any Player found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses, winnings, and potentially their entire account balance forfeited, and their Account permanently closed.

5.4 Bonus Expiration

Bonuses and wagering requirements typically expire after a specified period (commonly 7-30 days from the date of issue). Once expired, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your Account. Always check the specific expiration date for each bonus you accept.

6. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

6.1 Fair Play

All Players must engage in fair play at all times. atom88 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software to ensure all game outcomes are random and fair. Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with game software, RNG systems, or game outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and legal action.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting markets including football betting (bandar bola), basketball, badminton, and other sports, the following rules apply:

• All bets are final once accepted by the system. Bets cannot be canceled or modified after acceptance.
• Settlement of bets is based on official results published by the governing sports body or league.

• Offensive Behavior: Harassment, abusive language, hate speech, or threatening behavior toward other Players or staff.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses, and potential legal action.

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

While atom88 strives to provide 24/7 uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. atom88 is not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions.

8.2 Third-Party Services

atom88 integrates with third-party payment processors, game providers, and sports data feeds. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or accuracy of these third-party services. Any disputes with third-party providers should be directed to them.

8.3 Financial Risks

Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose money while using our services. atom88 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through your use of the Platform. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.

8.4 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, atom88's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account during the six months immediately preceding the claim. atom88 is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements and verification). Closed accounts cannot be reopened without special permission from atom88.

9.2 Suspension by atom88

atom88 reserves the right to suspend or close your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities.
• Your Account is subject to legal investigation or court order.
• We are unable to verify your identity or detect suspicious activity.
• You are self-excluded or banned from gambling services.

Upon termination for cause, all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited. Your deposited funds (minus any amounts owed to atom88) will be returned to you after verification, unless the termination is related to fraudulent activity, in which case all funds may be forfeited.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. atom88 may charge an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month on inactive accounts with remaining balances. You will be notified before any fees are applied. To reactivate a dormant account, contact customer support.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint regarding our services, please follow this procedure:

4. Final Decision: atom88's decision on all disputes is final and binding.

You agree to attempt to resolve all disputes through our internal complaints procedure before pursuing any legal action.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
